Hi all, back again! We did initially have some challenges changing our menu and delivering the speed/service with the increased trade. We have enhanced our team and made further improvements to our 2 4 £10 menu... Thank you again for your feedback, we do listen!

Best pub in town. Friendly regulars at the weekend, gets quite busy & is a really enjoyable place. Always made to feel welcome.
The pub food is tip top, and 'home cooked' definitely worth a visit

I think you'll find, Beb, that it is the sort of pub where students and "middle aged idiots" (is that anyone who's older than you who has the temerity to voice an opinion that may be based on life experience, I wonder?) mix happily. I am more middle aged than student and I have friends of many and various ages, including students and goths and rockers etc. and we all tend to meet in the Green. And yes, the toilets DO stink! : )
